Tony Heywood -
Chairman
Formerly an Executive VP with OpenText and Senior VP EMEA
Hummingbird Tony joined the Mclaren Software Board in 2009 bringing
a wealth of ECM industry knowledge. Tony's expereience is
particularly relevant to an application software commpany as
customer fjustifications or ECM related investments shifts from IT
infrastructure to line of business process applications such as
Enterprise Engineer.
Paul Muir - Chief Executive
Officer
Paul gained hands-on process plant operations experience as an
engineer in the Merchant Navy. He subsequently studied Mechanical
Engineering at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and chose to
specialize in the emerging Computer Aided Engineering technology
space. Upon graduation Paul worked as a design engineer for Unisys
before taking up a sales career in the IT sector. Paul has been the
CEO of McLaren Software since its inception in 1997, successfully
raising over $20M in private equity finance.
Graham Barnet - CEO Sigma
Capital
Graham Barnet is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma.
As Chief Executive Officer he sits on the boards of both
Sigma Capital Group plc and Sigma Technology Management Limited and
is responsible for the management of the Group through the
development of objectives, strategy and standards of
performance.
Prior to founding Sigma, Graham had his own company, Merchant
Investments Limited, which was a specialist consultancy involved in
the management of businesses both in the traditional and technology
sectors.
Graham has been involved in technology investment for almost 20
years and leads the investment committee. Graham also leads Sigma's
fundraising activity and is currently focused on the fundraising
for the SSEF II.
