SI PROJECTS
The ECM industry continues on a trajectory toward unstructured
content support as an extension of business processes - with some
core foundational components that exist across all processes such
as records management and eDiscovery. This trend will be helped by
the ISV community, which tends to include smaller, focused
companies that lack the marketing muscle of core infrastructure ECM
providers. To take advantage of ISV offerings, business process
pros should:
