Mike Jones is the Vice President of Marketing for McLaren Software and is responsible for all aspects of
marketing on a worldwide basis. Mr. Jones has over 20 years of information technology experience;
including applications development, storage management, security management and engineering content
management. Prior to joining McLaren Software, Mr. Jones held senior marketing positions at Citadel
Security Software, BMC Software and Sterling Software. Mr. Jones started his career with Electronic
Data Systems as a systems engineer.

Senior Business Consultant, McLaren Software
Bob Swanson is a Senior Business Consultant for McLaren Software. Bob provides industry
knowledge and technical information to McLaren’s customers and prospects. Bob has twenty
five years experience in technology such as data communications hardware and software,
electronic imaging systems, and customer relationship management software. Prior to
joining McLaren Bob held technical and management positions at Four-Phase, Motorola,
Comten, NCR, FileNet and Siebel Systems.
