What is the value of an integrated

EAM systems help users manage their asset data throughout the
asset lifecycle. From planning the asset, through to procurement,
maintenance and disposition.
During the asset lifecycle huge amounts of documents,
drawings and media are created to describe and define these
assets.
EAM systems however do not manage the documents - there is no
version control, documents are not controlled and links to
documents are static. Operations and maintenance cannot be
certain they are using the correct version.
Enterprise Engineer provides an EAM centric solution. Users do
not realize they are connecting to another system to search for or
attach asset documents.
An integrated system provides a complete solution for the full
lifecycle of the asset.

- Linking controlled documents in Enterprise Engineer to
locations / assets
- Viewing Enterprise Engineer controlled documents from locations
and asset screens within EAM / ERP system
- Associating Enterprise Engineer controlled documents to
preventative maintenance / job plans / work orders
- Automatically creating links to pertinent Enterprise Engineer
controlled documents when creating work orders. This includes
documents related to assets, locations and job plans along with
other official documentation
- Automatically printing Enterprise Engineer controlled documents
when printing work orders.
