Operations and Maintenance engineers can access the most
currently effective documents and drawings, latest approved and
released as-built drawings and currently sanctioned revisions of
procedures and policies - all directly from the web. An "Asset Information Vault"
of asset documents and drawings is made available where users can
be assured that documents have progressed through the correct
process and adhered to standards.
For new projects, it provides a way for engineers to easily
identify all available drawings, allowing them to then formally
request the right drawings for revision and reduce document
controller workload.
Documents such as SOPs, Health & Safety documents, General
