Through in-depth interactive demonstrations, system monitoring,
typical administrative tasks and troubleshooting exercises, the
System Administrators will be provided with the necessary
information and skills to identify and resolve potential problems
before they arise.

- Installation of Enterprise Engineer™
- Understanding McLaren log files
- McLaren Enterprise Server administration
- Setting up and managing the McLaren Reprographics Server
- Troubleshooting the McLaren Reprographics Server.
- Enterprise Engineer™ Transmittals Portal administration
- Security overview
- System maintenance including patch deployment methodology
Pre-requisites:
- Good general knowledge of mainstream enterprise IT systems
- Understanding of EMC Documentum™ or IBM - FileNet P8™ ECM
platforms (to level of general administration)
- Knowledge of web application servers (Apache™, JBOSS™, Oracle™)
is desirable
- Understanding of the concepts covered by the McLaren Business
