The McLaren Product Support team and online system is here to help all McLaren customers, partners and developers gain full value from all our products.

McLaren Support is offered from our offices in Houston Texas USA and Glasgow Scotland UK.  Registered users have access to the on-line self service options, contact McLaren support specialists by telephone or register product support or change requests on-line.

McLaren Support is a key contributor to the product development process as part of our ISO 9001 accredited quality system. Customer feedback is important to us, to help us improve future products.

Accessing Support

To access support, please register and log onto the McLaren Software Support System where full instructions on how to log a call and search the knowledge Center can be found.

From the Support System you can:

  • Log support calls online.
  • Easily check the progress, status and history of all your support calls.
  • Update your existing support call(s).
  • Search and view Knowledge Articles in the Support Knowledge Center. These may give an instant answer to your support inquiry, without the need to raise a support call.
  • Check the current status of a CR (Change Request) or TR (Trouble Report) linked to your support call.
  • Create and save your system information. This will allow you to re-use your details, rather than re-enter each time you log a call.
